Case Studies

I started the case study program at Gartner Digital Markets and it is the most valuable sales enablement content. In 2022, Gartner Digital Markets published 3 case studies and by the end of 2024, 17 case studies were published.

Blog Posts

I have experience writing research-based, thought leadership, product marketing, and SEO blog content. I am involved with every aspect of the blog post process from coming up with topics to publishing on the website.

Social Media Content

I set up a social media strategy and managed all social media channels for Gartner Digital Markets and Symplicity. In my first year managing social media, I increased followers by 24%, increased engagement by 47%, and increased post-clicks by 20% for Gartner Digital Markets.

Product Guide

In 2024, I worked with cross-functional teams to create the review collection guide, a new content type for our team. Within two months of it being published, it had +2K views, +300 downloads, and showed up on page 1 for the search term "review collection" on Google.

Reports / eBooks

I have experience creating reports and eBooks. This includes creating the detailed outline, reviewing data, writing and editing copy, working with designers on the visuals, as well as creating the website copy.

Interactive Infographics

I create compelling, interactive infographics to make Gartner's long-form content more digestible. I will write out a detailed outline that includes copy and layout suggestions as well as work with designers to ensure everything looks good.

Website Content / Redesign

I am constantly looking for new ways to optimize the UX experience of our website and creating more dynamic webpages for Gartner Digital Markets. At Symplicity, I was solely in charge of the website redesign and migration from WordPress to HubSpot.

Videos

When it comes to creating videos, I first create a storyboard for the video, write a script, and then work closely with the videographer or agency to finalize the videos. I will provide resources in the form of images or I will review stock/broll footage and propose edits with timestamps.

Webinars

At Symplicity, I created the webinar program which is centered around a client roundtable discussion. I managed every aspect of the webinar process such as proposing topics, identifying and confirming speakers, and conducting pre and post-webinar marketing.

Video Testimonials / Video Case Studies

At Symplicity, I've identified opportunities to repurpose webinars and conversations with clients to create videos. I provide the videographer with timestamps of what to use, suggestions for stock footage for transitions, and intro and outro scripts.

Email/Newsletter Content

During my time at Gartner and Symplicity, I was responsible for writing and editing copy for email and newsletter content. I also have experience using tools such as Canva and Visme for designing visuals to be included in emails.

Events Management

In my role at ThinkFun, I was the events manager and I was responsible for tradeshow facilitation and event presence management. This included managing ThinkFun's presence at Nuremberg Toy Fair (largest toy fair in the world), NY Toy Fair, ASTRA, and others.
